I am only 14 years old and I am look into real estate so I agreed to help my parents buy their first home. My father recently filed for bankruptcy and my mother a good credit so I was wondering what kind of programs should my parents join. All help will be greatly appreciated.

I am fairly new to real estate (only 14 years old) and I was heard (from some people in the BP community) that i can (when older) can use an FHA loan and rent it out I can live for free.
