I am looking to make my first deal before the end of December.  I have been researching about the art of wholesale and want to first try that specific type of investment strategy  to build up capital. Do you suggest starting with the wholesale strategy first?

Hi, my name is Joseph Williams and I am originally from Southern California.  I am an active duty Captain in the US Army who works in the Salt Lake City area.  My background in real estate is that of a novice level with limited experience in the field. My goal is to own at least five properties in the SLC area for monthly cash flow and to have enough income to eventually replace my military income.  I heard about the website from meeting an associate from a real estate siminar.
