That's wonderful Susan what was the last thing the status said." Payment is being processed " are did it go over to saying paid. Mine says processed at the bottom in the status section but up top where it used to say approved it says payment being processed and been there about 2 weeks

I applied back in April, my status now, is saying payment is processed. How long will it take it to get to my landlord? Is that the last step of the process?
Renee. It's the last phase and if it was 3 days ago the it seems like It should be in his account because the day mine turned to processed my landlord got it that night
Ok great, I will call later to see, if she has received it.
Renee how long did yours go thru the payment processing phase and now yours has went from payment processing to payment processed the reason I ask is I had one lady tell me it would say payment paid and another lady told me it would say payment processed so I guess it might say 2 things. I haven't ever seen anything take so many different steps and still not be paid

Oh ok Susan you had to actually do the landlord side of things then like the w-9 and Ach form . Well maybe with the tenant already being this far into the program you want have to wait much longer because I know all landlords are struggling right now because of the way the government has evictions set up right now put landlords in a bad spot the pandemic was out to help every other small buisness in the world and the poor ol landlords got the short end of the stick on that deal but thank God programs like this one will atleast get you somewhat out of the hole with some of your tenants cause I know me myself if it wasn't for a program like this I would have had to move and would have left oweing my landlord money and I would have hated that and I would have left alot sooner cause my landlord has been amazing even before the pandemic so I couldn't see doing anything to hurt him are cause him a setback because I was going to leave on the front end of this deal and he was the one that asked me to stay and said we would make it through it and he would get back the majority of his money and Susan you sound like one of those landlords to even know at the time landlords were throwed a curve ball some of yall good ones with heart still hung in there with what was right by your heart and feelings because we was put into lockdown and couldn't work we wasn't behind on rent because we was drunk all weekend and couldn't make it to work on Monday morning we as tenants was actually throwed a curve ball to and its a blessing to have people like you out here Susan that is about what's right before its about a dollar and everyone needs that dollar to cause landlords have bills to and people just like us but some of yall shine and Susan one of those that shine and I pray everyday we could have some Susan's in this world because when life throwed landlords the curve ball yall didn't know anything about this program and that's when the real hearts got to shine and that's why you will be paid back as much as can be allowed because somebody works in mysterious ways. LOL. I love yall and trust me there was days waiting that you guys gave me hope because I was ready to give up on this program and I feel sorry for the beginners just coming but maybe some of those on approved and payment processing can give them a little hope before you guys are funded and out of here. Susan I love ya girl and don't be scared to shine again one day cause you never know whose looking Lol. I'm outta here yall making room for more bigger pockets!!!!!

It turned out my problem was I hadn't registered at the website, which I didn't know I was supposed to do. I had sent the paperwork to my tenant. In any case, someone called my back yesterday and walked me through the process but they still said it would take two or three weeks.

They are taking two to four weeks to actually deposit the money. Your landlord and call and verify this with them, as I did. It seems like they are very messed up.

My picture looks just like yours Dee up top it says payment being processed and at the bottom it does say payment schedule and has my landlords name with a date of June 28th and then in the middle it has much money they are sending him and then it says status and there mine has been saying paid for about 3 weeks well whenever ever it popped up a couple weeks maybe but today now it says processed. So does anybody know what that means cause the lady told me that payment being processed was last stage and that status did say paid and paid sounds better than processed. Lol. Anyway im just giving everyone update cause all your updates sure have helped me over the couple months thanks guys and gals Lol
It just all depends mine went from payment pending to paid but the message at the top is saying payment is being processed so I have no idea
