@Curt Smith thanks for the response. Is there anything else to ask next time I come across a condo with HOA? Or should I run for the hills if limitations on renting no matter what?

Have a solid deal on a condo but HOA has verbage on having 2yrs owner occupied, was going to purchase for turn key or rental. Any options to get around me having to live for 2yrs before turning to rental?

Hello @Ronan Donnelly i appreciate my first reply, i will continue to research and see what my next steps are. its so much information on every aspect of real estate, and i agree there is tons of things you can do in real-estate.

@Eric Drum thanks for the reply  i have been to one meet up a couple of times ill keep a look out some other ones as well. and business cards are definitely a great idea im still in the process of branding as well beginning of everything for me.

Hello BP Happy 2020 Just wanted to start the new year off with my first post and introduction. 

I am Joe Richardson currently in Harrisburg PA i have been on BP for couple of month maybe 4 taking full advantage of the great information EXCEPT the networking portion. I was basically scared to post wasn't sure what to say, but now I am ready to continue my actions and move forward. 

Some of my goals is to start with Single family homes fix and flip see how that goes and then to learn how to build my portfolio which will include multifamily and then scale that to the commercial side. would also like to connect with people and continue to move past being shy or maybe the feeling of not being accepted (still working on that!)

I came to BP just searching talking to a couple of people when i wasn't being shy. BP has really been one of the main sources of information that leads me to Other content like books, video, pod cast etc. you get the point. i wont bore you if your new like me then you know lol. I am just ready to take the next jump to work on ONE of many important things Getting to know new people and them getting to know me!  I guess once i get started i keep going on. if anyone has any questions please feel free. I have taken the next step and that wasn't so bad  talk you you later Bigger Pockets Family!!
