I would like rates to be high since that leads to less competition for me to deal with and drives house prices down.....I say lets take them higher.

How much should you pay for wholesale 265 Marlin Dr Meritt Island Florida

I was thinking 250K but they were asking 364K

Interesting I maybe relocating to FL interested in areas around Merritt Island 

Personally Bought House a couple years ago to rehab and sold but renting now myself in Phoenix AZ

House values are too high waiting to bottom till buy again maybe a year or two who knows lets see if recession gets worse
