When i proceed to carry out the deal with the Buyer and seller. Should i be the one paying both closing cost at the title company? If i am, should i enclose that amount in the profit. Say I find a house valued at 80,000. I agree to buy it at 50,000. Repairs are 10,000. I find a buyer and agrees to pay 65,000 for it. 5,000 being my profit. 15,000 being the buyers profit. When i close both deals with an assignment or back to back closing.  Am i paying closing fees at this point? If so, are these flat rates or based on selling price.

My Feet aren't in the adventurous waters of real estate just yet, but that doesn't stop inquisitive mind for preparing.  Just like a cook. I like to gather all my ingredients,Stainless steel pots, recipes and prepare for a feast. In this case. I prepare to do my first deal in wholesaling. Read informative books, awesome Bp podcast, and etc. The question is, once i find the deal. How do i go about pricing the repairs needed in my portfolio for the House? If i have to come out of pocket. What would it be for?

I never thought of it that way.I was so drawn to own housing and such. That helps a lot.

Im currently thinking the same thing. You should read the book on zero to no down payment(Sorry if i butchered the name)   if you had not done so already. Its on biggerpockets.  It gives insight on how to creatively get houses with opm and so on.

Hello my name is Joseph Oliver. I'm 26 and i'm new to real estate. I have zero property because i want to remove items on my credit before i start. The question, is it. Should i buy a house for rental purposes the same time i buy my first home with a down payment? The rental purchase would be a low or zero down low interest contract.
