Its been awhile but wanted to follow up.  I went with House Doctors, they responded very quickly and were able to schedule me in within the week.  David did the initial inspection, and had a crew follow up, and identified key areas of infestation.  However, they treated the entire house and yard, including the detached garage, and 15" tall crawl space under the house.   I guess time will tell, but they did use Termidor, the good stuff, and I have a full warranty and service program for two years which seemed reasonable.  This includes a yearly inspection and any additional treatments at no additional charge.  I'm happy so far with their service.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll look into both.  The one estimate I did get back did mention Termidor, so that's nice to know. 

I recently discovered termite damage in my 1200sf rental after a long term tenant moved out and hadn't mentioned it.  I've received one quote for $1500, and waiting on another.  I have no idea what I'm looking for in these different companies.  Does anyone have a service they would strongly recommend.  If I'm going to be paying that much I'd like to be sure it's someone reputable.  I've looked at Yelp, Google, Facebook, but I'm not sure I trust the reviews.
