How do you fill out the Massachusetts mandatory disclosure as a salesperson buying an off-market property? I'm representing myself (I Know my broker has to oversee everything) the seller is represented by an attorney. Is there another form besides this for disclosing?

I'm looking to buy houses off market for personal investments. How do I disclose my licensee status. I know there is a form called the Mandatory Disclosure. If I'm representing myself, how do I fill it out would I be the buyer's agent? And for this example say the seller is having a lawyer represent them so no commissions

Hello, Do I have to disclose my Massachusetts Salesperson License when buying an off-market property for investment purposes? And do I have to go through my brokerage even though it has nothing to do with them? I just want to make sure I do everything by the book. I would greatly appreciate feedback. Thank You.
