Love to work when I have direction and purpose

To start I want to have a clear understanding of fiscal options available, fiscal hurdles and responsibilities (taxes, costs, when mortgage payments must be made), and fiscal flexibility.

I'm also new and don't know all the acronyms. REI might as well be RBI!
