Do you have a property management running your property or are you running it yourself?

Terry, thank you so much for reaching out to me. Yes, I am a newbie here on bigger pockets. It’s a wonderful network and community that I have discovered here! I’m looking to expand my portfolio from California to Nevada. My wife and I would like to buy multi family’s ranging from duplex triplex and four Plexes.  Do you have any brokers or agents you can recommend?

Ok thank you. I believe house hacking is a great idea however I’m not looking to do so,  due to my current investments, job, and family in California. Just looking to expand my portfolio to Las Vegas Nevada.

@jay Hinrichs yes, I am specifically looking for 4 plex’s. Do you have a recommendation for an agent or broker?  Or potential listings?
