@Randy Horner It would be awesome if you could stop by their office to confirm that it's a legitimate business! One of their representatives called me yesterday to see if I was interested in moving forward with their process. I have to do a little more due diligence before I feel comfortable with sending them any of my personal info. They also said they offer fully amortized long term loans! Seems too good to be true. lol

I recently had a conversation with a representative from the Lending Deck company. I'm just trying to see if anyone has used them before. If so, how was your experience with their service and loan products?

Post: My tenant keeps clogging drains. Can I bill them for that?

Thanks for all of the advice.  My contract does have wording that says the tenant is responsible for damages.  I will draft a letter and send it to them ASAP.

Hello BP community. I'm having issues with the plumbing in one of my properties. The tenant is continuously putting excess food and grease down the drain in the kitchen sink.  I have had to send a plumber out multiple time to correct this issue. Can I bill them for the repairs?
