There's also a new app on iPhone that is called "Driving For Dollars". Within the app, you can pull owner information (not sure how they're getting away with it). My county also posts arrest and release records that include home addresses. I haven't scored a property from this list but I've heard that it works. Lastly, you can always look on Zillow/Realtor/Redfin for properties that are in pre-forclosure. You might not get the owner's information but at least you'll get the property address.

Unfortunately for those of us in non-disclosure states, we have to work just a little bit harder to find our motivated sellers.

Ian, I am an investor in the Kansas (city) side as well. It's been a while since you've posted this thread. I have a few tricks you may be interested in. We should connect and discuss strategies.

I’m curious to learn different strategies that you use. I’m in Texas, may I connect with you??

@Will Barnard I appreciate your feedback and advice! My apologies, I am choosing a target market for my wholesaling business. At the moment my marketing is not as focused as I would like, which is the reason I’m seeking advice on strategies to really concentrate my efforts in a more specific manner/area. Is there public demographics or stats that seasoned wholesalers consider when choosing a market?
