Looking for some references for a Buffalo NY area commercial real estate attorney. I have been told that the buyer's attorney writes up the PSA in that area. Is that correct? If that is the case would need the attorney to create the contract and approve or create a new lease for the tenant at the industrial property. Let me know why you feel your recommendation is a great choice. What was your experience with this attorney?

Might also need building inspector and environmental testing professionals.

We are looking for cash flowing commercial properties in the following MSAs -

Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and Albany-Schenectady-Troy,

Industrial, retail and/or office are in our wheel house Other types if a great opportunity.

We are ok to put in work to build equity.

Willing to buy on our own / partner / JV/ etc.

BTW, on occasion we have opportunities available in NY, WI, IL and other states and also look for off market deals in those states.

Used these guys https://www.praecon.com/ multiple times a few years ago. They were great, decent priced. Overall I was very pleased. Has been a while, but they are still highly recommended by many people in the industry. 

Guess you are referring to Crystal View Capital & Matthew Ricciardella who invest and operate self storage and MHP properties.
