I am a tax deed investor and fix/flip investor who primarily focuses in 30032 (Decatur GA). I am now having a very difficult time finding any inventory outside of tax lien auctions. Please p.m. me anything you may feel I am interested in. The areas I like to hit in Decatur are 2nd Ave all the way to East Lake and Glenwood Parkway to East Lake. I also like certain areas off McAfee Rd.
