I have been looking but all the Multi-families that I have seen are not in areas I want to live and I would like to house hack...My spouse is not keen on living in a multi-family anyways and we want to make sure the kids are not going to have to change school.

I'm aware that I am looking at difficulty undertaking in building.

I'm looking for information from contractors, and realtors that work in the Waynesville, Bellbrook Lebanon, Ohio area for help in making an informed decision on building a fourplex in the area.

I will be moving to the area possibly very soon it would like to do a VA construction loan to build possibly a fourplex.

This would be my first build and my first investment property.

I know this is a lot to take on but there's very limited fourplexes in the areas that I'm looking.

Any information and insight anyone has on rentals for the area. Would be greatly appreciated.
