Hello all!

This is a question for real estate agents out there. I finally passed my test (finally!) and I have a meeting with quite a few brokers. What questions should I be asking and how do you know if it is the right fit?

Thank you in advance

Joe

Post: PA Real Estate State Exam

Hello Real Estate Agents,

I am an aspiring real estate agent and I am struggling to pass the state portion. I have taken the state portion five times and the last three times that I took the exam, I was one point away. I have taken a prep class, taken the psi course, taken practice exams, and bought several books with practice questions that exist for the state of PA. I am honestly lost of what I can try differently. I thought of possibly if there any real estate agents around Bucks and Montgomery County near Philadelphia that would be willing to help me pass the state part by one point.

Thank you and I hope everyone is doing well!

Joe

Post: Is it appropriate to ask for a mentor for investment properties?

Hello! I am very new at investing in real estate and very motivated in getting started. I have read the Real Estate Investment Basics book from BP and have also read Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I was wondering if it was appropriate to have a mentor when it comes to real estate investments? If so, where can I go to meet more real estate investors to “learn the ropes” of real estate investing? I am a future real agent and will be taking my test this month and also a music teacher in the Philadelphia area. In addition, I am taking an investing class of how to properly analyze a real estate investment.

Thank you!

Joe
