Hello BP and everyone my name is Joe and I love in SW Ohio I'm very new to anything real estate minded. My wife and I own our own home but I would like to get started in real estate investing. Finding homes in the area and turning them into rental properties and flipping properties and the such like. I know little about any of this but want to learn what the best practices are and what routes to take. Thank you so much I'm advance for any direction.

Joe
