Thanks for the reply. I'm not seeing that option? Perhaps I'm already cancelled?

I've enjoyed the membership but would now like to cancel. I'm not sure how to navigate the site to cancel. I appreciate any help you can offer. I believe my Pro Membership is due to renew next month in March.

Many Thanks!

I have 5 rental properties in the Chicago area. I'm looking to transfer deed into individual LLCs. It seems Illinois is a unique state where you need someone local to help execute the quit claim deeds. Does anyone know of a lawyer or title agent in Chicago who can help with this?

I've been listening to BP Podcast and buying the books for years, now I'm officially posting on the forums. Felling like I'm in the big leagues here! I have been using Corporate Direct to set up my LLCs and was using my usual CPA for the past 10 years but she didn't have specific RE experience. I now have a handful of SFHs and want to have someone look over my entity structure and have someone with RE experience prepare my taxes. I started with Anderson but they are really big and it's hard to talk to the same person twice.

My question: Does anyone know of a firm or person here in SD I can look in the eye for bookkeeping/CPA tax prep and also to help review my entities to be sure everything is set up correctly?

Many thanks!
