When wholesaling a property do I need my own attorney or can I use the sellers attorney?

How do you run comps on multi family’s?? I’ve only done single family so far . Any tips ??

I usually estimate the repairs on the square footage of the home but someone told me that’s not how is done. Is that true or am I doing it the correct way?

I can only find one comp for this house I'm looking into. Do I base the ARV off the price of the comp?

When running comps on a 2+ family homes/apartments, would I use the same strategies as running them on a single family house ?

As a wholesaler do I need a closing attorney? & if I do Who pays the closing attorney, Wholesaler or end buyer ?
