@Mike B. I am going through the process now of doing a re-fi with a property that is in my LLC. I finally found a lender that would do it but the catch is I have to re-fi it in my personal name.

If I kept it in my LLC and use a commercial loan the interest rate and Insurance are considerably higher. That would kill my cash flow.
