I would like to purchase a property for long term rental in 35k but I only have 10k.  My Debt to income ratio is more than 49%.  In Puerto Rico there are not much financial products available.  Any recomendations? I visit a credit union and they Can help me with another 10k personal loan

I would not wait more years due inflation.  I am looking for a long term multifamily property.

I am looking to purchase my first investment property with 10k in Puerto Rico.  How can i get a seller financing or some creative ways due everytime i call a financial institution they say my Debt to income ratio is above 49%.
