for a real estate business. I know its a dumb question, but curious. I'm a freshmen at college who'll graduate in 3 years, but want to finish and find a job that can pay me well. Thank you

thanks trevor. Bump if anyone here has another insight?

Thanks for the responses guys! I didn't think no one would answer me.

Another question though, Is there any major difference between  Real Estate Brokers and Real Estate Investors ? who makes more money?

Hi guys. As the title says, I'm 18 years old and will be going to college (ASU then TTU). This summer, I finally know what I want as a career (Real Estate). I first plan on getting a Real Estate agent license within a few months. I would like to ask a few questions so here goes.

1. For those who went to college, what was your major and has it helped you?

2. What is a good age to start doing real estate business?

3. When borrowing money from a moneylender to flip houses, are you expected to pay back the loan?(I know, dumb question)

4. Do you have some sort of insurance in case of being sued for whatever reason?

5. For you Texans, Is Texas a good state to do business in real estate?

Thank you
