Yes, I am new to real estate. I have read and am currently reading books on real estate and real estate investing.
Following my readings up to date, I am considering house hacking for my first deal in real estate. I joined with the intent to surround myself with others in the field and build my confidence and understanding of the subject matter (:
I live a disciplined lifestyle when managing my expenses and living below my means. My motivation is to increase my financial literacy and diversify into real estate.
I have rented all my life and seek to become a homeowner/ investor to help my family and make their lives easier.
