I asked some questions here and several people have told me to go to some local real estate event, but where do I find them, because when I searched for that exact criteria, I only found events that happened a month ago, but where can I find events that will happen in the near future?

Hi, I am 16 years old and I want to get a rental property, but I don't have enough money yet, and I will soon have a job that only makes me $15 an hour, so I have considered getting a partner, but where do I find a partner that could potentially finance a real estate deal?

I found this multifamily property in Phoenix Arizona that has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across 2 units, I ran the numbers on this deal while watching a Biggerpockets Webinar about how to start building wealth through real estate by David Greene, but I am still a little bit unsure about the numbers, and still don't know much about real estate, so, is this a good deal or a bad deal?

I just told a real estate agent via text that I could call him soon a property I found on Realtor.com, but what questions should I ask him when discussing the property?
