Hello BPocketters!
I am currently building my RE team and I need contractors that could work in the cities of Tenino, Tumwater, Rainier, Yelm, Olympia, Lacey, Bucoda and other areas of the County.
If anybody has good referrals, please PM me or send me an e-mail.

Hello everyone! My name is José from Mexico City and I am somehow new in the US. I admire the way Americans do business. There's tons of opportunities!
I have lived in the Thurston County of WA state for 10 months so far and I love this place. Well... This is also my first time in the States so I don't know a lot of places 😁 but that's what I am loving about RE: to get to know a lot of places!!
I love to take my van or walk the streets and get to new places and meet new people. New streets, new neighborhoods, new cities... I love it!
So, to investors, flippers, wholesalers, buyers, renters and everyone interested: if you need a bird dog, scouter, or someone to look at properties in the Thurston, Pierce, Lewis, Pacific, Greys Harbor, Mason, Kitsap and King Counties in the Washington state, I can do it and we can set a price!
Please contact me via e-mail or PM me for details.
My best wishes to all of you guys!!
José

Hello BPocketters! I came from Mexico 10 months ago and I'm living in WA state since then. I'm under a tourist visa in process of adjustment of status. I'm very excited to start this endeavor and I'd like to go out and start analyzing deals.
The situation is that I went to an IRS office to get an ITIN number and told them that I am getting SSN in a couple of months. The person on the desk told me that it would not be convenient then for me to get the ITIN because by the time it is processed
Since I am a newbie in RE and with American laws I have some question I need help with:
1. Does anybody know if I need to have an ITIN or SSN by the moment I buy, sell or rent RE in America? Do I need to set it up before making any deal or can I just go and make it?
2. Could anybody explain me in which moments taxes get involved during the process of buying and selling, assigning contracts and renting?
3. When do I have to pay and/or file taxes and what kind of taxes?
