Hey Layla, that would be great. I prefer off market and I really like 3br 2ba single family homes on the east side of Rome around Etowah Park. Ideally they’d be fixers to either flip or refi later as rentals. Thank you!

Hey BP Family, 

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone, hope you all have a peaceful day surrounded by love and abundance. 

Wanted to reach out and see if anyone can help connect me with off market deals in the Rome and Canton area. I've been investing here on long term rentals the past few years but wanted to do some either flipping or BRRRR deals now. If you have any properties you're thinking of offloading or some deals that you don't have time to take on, I would love to take a look and see if we can't make something happen.
