Are there any Real Estate Investor meetings where a new person could go to? Or any meetings where I can get some valuable information about real estate/ meet local realtors? I live in Spokane but willing to travel a reasonable distance. Thank you!

Im new to Real Estate and looking to learn the various types of investments and choosing the one that fits me best. In search of mentor/mentors to help me through this journey because i know "Its not what you know, its who you know - and who you know will tell you what you need to know". Very serious about starting up my Real Estate investment career and excited for the future.
