I am currently looking to gain experience as a property manager. I am in the process of purchasing my first rental and I would like to work with an experienced property manager in Kissimmee or Orlando area. I can cover for him or her during the off hours. 

At this moment, I have a 9 to 5 job but I can cover for you after 6 pm during the week and all day weekends. 

I hope this can work for both of us.

I am willing to put my time in order to gain the experience.

I want to purchase my first deal in the Osceola court auction. I read and watch videos about the subject. However, I am willing to pay to an experience person for its time and knowledge when purchasing my first deal in the auction.

I have made the decision to get out of the rat race. I have convinced my wife to get on board with me on the way to financial freedom. 

I am almost ready to purchase my first deal. However, I don"t know if I should create my LLC first or should I purchase the rentals in our names and once we are more established, we can then move our assets to the LLC.
