I am from Canada, currently living in Houston, TX and am very excited by the investment opportunities here, however I will likely be returning to Canada in the next couple of years. I am wondering if it is worth investing in property here, with the intent to hang onto it when we return to Canada.

We have a mortgage on this property. Still trying to figure out what financing options we will use for the next one. How does everyone else fund multiple rental properties?
