I've been thinking about it myself. I'm attracted to it because of the cost vs steadiness of the tenant pool. 

funny that you mentioned the invest south west, it's not a part of the program. However, I think that any area that is near those projects is going to be getting a sticker premium.

If I understand you correctly, this property would have to become my residence and I would have to buy it through an FHA loan, correct? I think this property is vacant now!
