Hello everyone,

I am looking for a lawyer that could review my Purchase Agreement and tell me if it is good to go or if their is a lawyer that already sells one. I am looking to begin wholesale here in Houston,TX and honestly is the main thing holding me back amongst other small miscellaneous things.

Thank you.

Thanks to everyone for the small advice you have given me. I am sure these small pointers can lead to great moves later in life.

Good afternoon all,

My name is Jose De Los Reyes I was born and raised in Houston, TX. I am new to the real estate world I am hopping to learn everything I can about it and my goal is to have my first investment property with in 6 months to a year if possible I am willing to be satisfied if I obtain it with in even 2 months, not sure if I will just be flipping or hold, or rent and then flip. I was advice to join this community by a fellow co-worker who has been in the business for quite some time already.
