Eric, What area of New Jersey are you concentrating your business in; I'm also new to real estate investment in the Northern New Jersey area. Is anyone out there investing in Northern New Jersey (Bergen, Hudson & Passaic County)? We are looking to find some good reliable local private money investors; we have hit all our family members, friends and attended multiple networking events but we have not had much luck. Is there a secret investor meeting in the area we can attend?
