thank you for replying.1 They are moving out, moving to Mexico. 2 my Dad have a fixed rate goes up every month or six months or so he modify the house three years ago and when BK and they don't work.  My parents been living the the property more then 20 years 

my dad wants to sell me his house for $198,000 what he owes on his loan. The property is worth $350,00. My parents can't make the payments no more, what's the rules in regulation of taxes for my parents? Everything is up to date like mortgages and taxes I been helping them with the mortgage.
