My wife and I are in the middle of a rehab on a single family house we recently invested on, and unfortunately, we are considering firing our current GC since he hasn't really completed the majority of the task agreed upon. We are at least 2-3 weeks behind schedule and he's extremely unresponsive, making it very hard to get updates on progress from him.

We are investing remotely from NY so looking for reliable contractors with rational prices in the TAMPA Area.
