I'm jornel lugo , 21 years old and am looking for passive income to support my growing family of a wife and daughter . Im currently living in my moms house and working full time as a truck driver . I have about 20k saved now and am gonna be looking to buy a multi family home soon . For now just studying as much as I can .

Im still new to all of this but if I'm not mistaken , can't you take into account the rental income you would be making from a multi family home and add that to your monthly income to qualify for a particular home ?
