anyone have knowledge about company call UNLOCK they give you home equity without crating any additional loan for max of 10 years vs HELOC, i need an advise im want to start investing on a multifamily but need access my home equity for my down payment

you realize you are giving up equity in your home with unlock? Meaning if they give you X% of your property value they get that percentage plus some.

Getting a HELOC now days is bit difficult and not many banks offer it, everyone wants to give you a cashout refinance but the rates are crazy now
