Post: New Florida LLC with European investors

Hello Everyone!

First of all, sorry for my non perfect english. I hope you can understand it enough to help me out here...

I have several european investors interested in investing in Florida. Mi first thought was to create a main LLC and then, for every new investment/project, create different LLCs. That way, the main LLC & bank account, can distribute the funds to the different LLCs and account according to the project.

I dont know if this makes any sense or is a better idea for the investors just to send the money directly to the bank account linked to the corresponding LLC and then send the profit back.

My idea is to make a profit through the management fees of each construction project (I will keep this fee on the main LLC and send the profit back to the investors)

Any idea what could be the best way to structure this ?

I really apreciate your time and answers.

Thank you and stay safe!!
