Thank you! I've browsed this forum before, but never made an account until now. This forum is filled with positivity compared to other ones I have read, they actually made me rethink about real estate for a little bit.

Also, since you guys (@Taneka Nesbitt and @Evan Morton) are from here, I'm curious to know how do guys like the Ga real estate? I've seen a few wholesalers on Fb, but they don't look so promising.

Hey, name's Jorge Vazquez. I'm new to everything about real estate, the only experience I have is my research and reading I have been doing for the past couple months now. Lol

How l got here is somewhat through my dad. We're in the painting business, which isn't that great of a business, especially in Ga. There's so much competition that it's hard for us to get our own leads, when we do, people think our prices are "too steep". So we have contractor's, but for obvious reasons, they get most of the money. My dad has been wanting to flip houses for years now, but never had money too, he can't get loans either.

I finally made the decision to research about it, I came across Nick Ruiz and his company, and I bought his book on wholesaling. I also recently bought Build a Rental Property Empire by Mark Ferguson.

Since then, any free time I have, I read and research about the real estate industry.

But i wish i had the capital to invest in it, i refuse to go with Hard Money Lenders due to the high rates.

I'm hoping to do some flips here and there and have some rental properties in the future
