Hello, I am new to Bigger Pockets and have posted this as I could use recommendations for roofers in the Ft. Myers, Naples area.
I am an investor expanding into southwest Florida and need to assemble crews for this region. I am already in the southeast, central and northeast of Florida as well as in parts of Texas and Tennessee.
Approximately 40% of the homes I buy in Florida tend to need some degree of roofing repair but this can very quite a bit. Sometimes the job is just replacing shingles and other times it’s installing a complete new roof. Because of this I am looking for a skilled roofer and not just a handyman that knows how to lay shingles on a roof. I will always provide materials and if necessary any special tools for the specific job. I speak multiple languages including Spanish so there would be no communications issues if someone is not fluent in English.
