@Aziz Raji, Thank you for taking the time to reply to my post! And i am looking to invest in NYC because that is where I grew up! And I am looking for both cash flow and appreciation, but cash flow is the most important to me. If I was to live in the Bronx independently, I would need  $3,400 in monthly passive income in order to be financially independent. And I want to be financially independent in 3 years. I will like to have passive income of at least $10,000 in 7 years once I become 30 years old! That is the goal!

HI BP members!

I first will like to start by thanking the founder of BP for creating this amazing website with so many great resources.

I just graduated college, and I am working a full time job. Right now I am saving up in order to invest in the near future. My goal is to own rental property and make enough passive income where I can retire by the age of 30, I am currently 23 years old.

My question is, what will be the best way to accomplish my goal? should I look into investing in multi-family, or single- family homes? What are some great books, courses, and youtube channels that I can look into in order to learn more in accomplishing my goals?
