Hey all, I’m new to the investing world and have just one duplex under my belt. I’ve been looking at properties here in my area ( El Paso, TX) and came across a 9 unit apartment in the downtown area and it sorta peaked my interest. Just having a hard time on how to analyze it and run numbers since it’s a commercial property. I’d love some insight on how to run numbers on something that’s more than 4 units and how to gauge what the said property may actually be worth. Any  information will be truly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Hey guys, for those of you that have used hard money for a BRRRR project, did the lender require much of a down payment? Did the loan also help finance the rehab itself or is that more out of your own pocket? I'm interested in getting into the BRRRR strategy but was just curious on how a hard money loan works exactly. Thanks in advance!

Hey guys! I'm new to the REI game and have my first property under contract here in TX. I am living in Dallas at the moment. I am flirting with the idea of investing in Kansas since it has a good cash flowing market and property is fairly cheap compared to where I'm at. I do not know anybody in Kansas and would love to get more information on the market and build a relationship with some of y'all that are investing there. For those investing in Kansas, I would love to connect with you and get your take on the market. Maybe even find a potential investment partner down the road! Thank you guys in advance

Quote from @Harrison Sharp:

I'm a real estate agent and investor in DFW. Completed 83 deals last year and am already at around 30 or so this year and work with a bunch of investors and would love to help you guys out.

DFW is one of the hottest markets in the country but there are still deals to be had if you look hard enough! Welcome to the journey

Thank you for the reply! Yes I agree Dallas is a hot market right now and that’s why my friend and I are ready to take action. I’d love to talk more about real estate with you if possible

Hello everyone, my name is Jorge Garcia and I am currently a travel nurse here in Dallas, TX. My friend and I, who is also a travel nurse are wanting to partner up and take action to start buying property together. We are both interested in single and multi family homes in the price range of 150-350k. I have read the books, listened to the podcasts all for going on a year now and am ready to deploy my money in 3-6 months time. The purpose for this post is to start networking and building relationships. Looking for recommendations on real estate agents in the Dallas area. Like David Green says: digging your well before you’re thirsty. Thank y’all I’m advance and looking forward to working with y’all!
