Pay taxes for 4 years? Once you buy the face value amount, you hold on to that until the property is redeemed, correct? Why would one pay the property taxes every month on a property one doesn't own?

All their properties are agent owned...No thanks

Hey Ethan, congrats on starting with education and putting yourself out there. I am an active buyer in New Orleans (consider me someone who actively wants to be on your buyer's list) and I also founded one of the local investor meetups in Covington. I have wholesaled over 100 properties over the years in the South Louisiana and South Mississippi areas. One of my close friends and business partners (we own rentals together) @Stephen Keighery has done over 100+ as well. I mainly buy rentals these days but when I wholesale it is either when a deal falls in my lap or when I join forces with Steve and we help out of state wholesalers or new wholesalers wholesale deals. We have the buyers, we know how to run the numbers, and we know the process. Feel free to get out there and find some sellers that need a solution to their problem then reach out to Steve and I and we can help you get the deal across the closing line! Check out cowholesalewithus . com. Feel free to reach out and keep learning! Cheering you on!

Hello Courtney, the web address doesn't come up

Agreed, his real estate knowledge is formidable but as a human being, he's  awful

Jorge Caicedo==EX JV Partner of Vincent Polisi

Vincent treated me the same way..very rude, condescending and only seemed concerned about making a buck..I saved a FB pm thread of him and I going back and forth w/ him trying to play mind games when I wanted a refund and he even asked me if I was gay..I also didn't know that as  a jv, if the end buyer can't make payments, I'm responsible as well..I was never informed of that..He also blocked me from everything when he said he'd refund a portion  of the course if I gave him my email..I had to go through my credit card company to get the money back  and to further confirm my suspicions of him, 2 highly esteemed re investors whose groups I belong to, had nothing nice to say about him.So glad I'm done with him

Hello, newbie here but am interested in contract assigning to make some extra cash. I know the basics of contract assignment and read about Joe Mccall's course on assigning Lease/Option contracts and watched his YT vids and my curiosity is piqued..Is there anyone in the greater New Orleans area doing this and has some helpful advice for a new kid?
