@Joe R. Thank you for taking the time to respond with a great summary.

I'm more of a buy-and-hold investor and just starting my journey. I will continue to look at Springfield and am also exploring Longmeadow and East Longmeadow as I hear that location may be better suited for mid-term rental or rent-by-the-room (CoLiving) arrangements. I am going to try my best to stay away from C areas.

Hello. It's been 4 years since the last post on this thread. Since then has anyone changed their opinion or able to provide some updated guidance on the Springfield market?

I've recently been looking into Co-Living which is essentially renting by the room (in a more organized and structured way). In a recent webinar, I learned that to be successful at it you should have no more than 3 renters to 1 bathroom. That being said, I agree with others here that if there is a dedicated bathroom for a given room (that is not shared) then you should definitely charge more for that.

I was hoping to find some online stats somewhere but thanks! That does sound like a decent way to go about it.

Hello. I recently purchased a 1-bedroom condo which I rent out to a traveling nurse. I would like to continue to buy properties that are suitable for medium-term rentals but want to better understand which markets in MA or NH have a higher demand for travel nurses.

Do any of you have ideas on how to research this?

Thank you for sharing your opinion and background experience. The next time I talk to them I will probe on concepts that they provide. But I think their process is essentially borrowing money (from the equity in your home) and investing it in a higher-paying asset. Anyway... I look to learn more about them in the coming weeks. I just can't find anyone who has used them so that I can have a discussion.

Hello BiggerPockets members. Love his community.

Have anyone of you hired Tardus for wealth coaching? They are the creators of the Income Snowball (i.e. Income Snowball, a system of investing in which a person can create self-sustaining passive income). I'm looking to find unbiased reviews of their service.

Thanks!
