I am looking to partner with an experience wholesaler in the Sacramento area. I have been wholesaling for six months now. I am targeting NOD/NOS with letters and daily door knocking. I have not been able to find a deal yet. I would like to partner with someone that has closed deals. @Chris Vail thank you for that. So you did not receive anything in the mail with a date for inspection? Just a phone call?

I just mailed back my form for an inspection. Thank you for providing some information on the inspection process. I feel a lot better about the inspection.  @Derek Daun

Thank you all for the advise. It looks like I will have to get with an accountant or tax expert during the first couple of years while I learn as much of the tax laws as possible. Again thank you BP community.
