Hey I’m new to the world of realestate and I have a really strong interest in Multifamily homes I’ve read books listen to podcasts and I feel like I have a general understanding. But I lack capital (I only have $500 to my name) so I was thinking about building up my credit and using business credit,bis/personal loans , lines of credit to start investing to do the brrrr strategy. hey everyone I'm new to real estate and im trying to start with house hacking in the Cincinnati area and was wondering if anyone had any tips on where to look. I'm thinking about looking into hamilton,fairfield,shronville and Middletown. and i would love to meet up with anyone to pick there brains on other places to look.
