Nice. Seems like local forums are quiet for our area. Let me ask you this. How do you evaluate your rental pricing? I currently have 2 rentals SFH one on the SE Hill and one in Southview. I'm currently working on my third, possibly duplex this time. Love to pick your brain sometime.
