See this link:

It explains a way to hire your children as W2 employees, which gives you a great tax deduction and makes them eligible for investing in a custodial Roth IRA, which you can set up with nearly any brokerage.

@Ellis Hammond and @Shiloh Lundahl Thanks for the advice! It sounds like these groups have been a huge catalyst for your personal and business development. I’m going to definitely find/join a group shortly.

@Mitch Messer @Mitch Messer Thanks for responding! I know that BP offers access to mastermind groups if you purchase the intention journal. I’ve just heard other investors mention the mastermind groups that they are part of and how much it helped them. So, I’m just curious and trying to gather more information. How did you come across the Lifeonare group?

What is your experience with mastermind groups? Are they helpful? Are the worth the time and money? What groups do you belong to? Anything I should be aware of before joining a group?

@James Wise and @Julien Raynard Thanks for the info! I'm looking at properties in the Detroit-Shoreway area (zip 44102), which, according to the link James provided, is a D-class neighborhood. Do you guys feel like that is an accurate classification for that area?

@Jason Boritz Thanks for your input! The seller actually ended up selling it for their asking price. It was located in the Orem/Provo area in northern Utah. Don't worry, I wasn't the person that bought it.
