Hello,

My name is Jordis Jones and I am a Navy veteran. I am interested in purchasing my grandmother’s house. The house is paid in full and does need repairs such as garage, in which I will turn into a room, electrical and master bedroom. My grandmother left it for my mother and her siblings. Everybody is willing to sell the house but my mother, who is currently on drugs, don’t want to sell. I was told to that I can put it under my name and get a quick deed. I want to get an appraisal to see how much the house is worth but I don’t think my mother will answer the door. I’ve been interested in Real Estate and this will be a great opportunity for me to start on my journey, honor my grandmother who raised me and potential get my mother the help she needs. How can I go about doing this process?

Great afternoon BP,

This weekend, I met up with Real Estate investor, who has a flipping/wholesale coaching program. The program educates you through the whole process on your first deal and give you complete access to resources. I am new and interested in Real Estate so I honestly don’t know if this is a great opportunity or scam. The program cost $46,900 and we keep the profit on the first flip.

The program pertains:

-Access to vetted deals (20,000 and over profit)

-Access to note buying

-Access to private/hard money lenders

-Access to education content

-Access to transactional funders

-Lending Opportunity

-Property Field Trip

-Mentorship for one year

-CPA services

-LLC creation

-IRA creation

I was also told that I can get credit from my bank since I am a veteran with zero percent interest.

Hello, I am interested in meeting up with investors that have experience in multi-units in the San Diego area? I am a veteran and interested into learning creative ways to use my VA home loan.
