Kind of what I figured.  Any ideas on how to respond?  Thank you regardless for your time!

Yes it is larger and the front door has a turn on the outside and the hallway to the door is a little narrow.  It's more than recliners it's large pieces of furniture.  I'm just wondering how I can respond that won't cause any issues.  I just didn't know if somehow courts might side with her because she can't move out the same way she moved in.

Hello I need some help with a tenant issue I'm having.  Her lease is set to expire January 1st and we have given written notice that we will not be renewing the lease.  She has massive furniture in this condo unit and when she moved in she moved in through the back sliding door.  Since her back door had pool access, the condo association put in a rod iron fence behind all the units facing the pool.

Her response to our notice of non renewal is that we will have to pay the homeowners association to remove the gate as she can not move out all of her stuff through the front door.

This is in Texas so I'm just looking for any advice on how to proceed and if she has any room to stand.

I'm looking for a lender in San Antonio or any area that can do an 80%LTV cash out refinance on a Rental Property. The catch is I'm looking for someone that will do it with less than 6 months seasoning on the loan. Thank you any help is appreciated.

Bookmarking this, thank you for your hard work this was great.
