Hello, my name is Jordan and I am an 18-year-old student that attends UMass Amherst for Computer Science. I got my real estate license in February of 2016 and started working as a rental agent under my Father who is my Broker. I rent apartments for a commission which results in my one and only issue which is my work experience and proof of income to buy property and invest. I like to read about real estate and moves that investors make as well as tips for starting up my career in real estate investing. Being in rentals helps me learn a lot about being a landlord and managing properties which is where I will start. Being a landlord isn't easy and I know that which is why I take more time into learning about being one because I feel it is a great foundation to learn the practical and real side of owning and managing. As my time frees up I plan to take classes on being a Landlord, attending local court houses, and learning from the landlords I create connections with as I rent their apartments. I have many goals when it comes to investing but my ultimate and first goal is to invest into a multifamily as soon as I can and look for any advice to speed up that process.
